In May 2012, after seeing around 24 tonnes of unusable paint removed from our warehouse, we finally had the space to properly fit our warehouse out with shelving and get a formal display area in place to allow the public to come on site and browse for paint. The article in the Cambs Times also acted as an unofficial countdown to our Public Launch in June 2012.

Various - June/July 2012: Cambridgeshire Official Public Launch.

In late June we held an event to mark the official opening of the RePaint scheme to the public. Up until around May we had not been in a position to allow people to browse the paint at their leisure. Due to some extremely dedicated work by the RePaint staff and some excellent volunteers we had managed to create a retail environment. With help from Don the Dulux Dog and the Mayor of March we officially opened our doors.
