REalliance Offer of Free Organisation Health Check – Limited Places

This is a great opportunity to get some external, objective feedback on your organisation along with advice on key areas for improvement and recommendations for tackling these. The health check will cover the following areas and you will have a chance to emphasise the key areas that you would like to concentrate on:

· Leadership, including governance
· Strategy & planning
· Finance
· Operational activities, including personnel
· Marketing

The Health check will involve a consultant coming into your organisation for about a day and meeting with various people at different operational levels to get an overall picture of the way you are operating. The day will start with the Chief Executive or equivalent.

This support is open to any third sector organisation working in resource management activities who has not received substantial support from the WRAP/REalliance capacity building programme so far.
